Aims

  1. To provide evidence-based information and support for individuals and groups who wish to leverage the benefits of the low fat, high raw, plant-based (fruit-based raw vegan) diet for the prevention and treatment of all forms of diet-related chronic disease. 
     

  2. To raise awareness of the health benefits of the low fat, high raw, plant-based (fruit-based raw vegan) diet, and to advocate for its provision, further scientific study and widespread adoption in society.

Objectives

  1. To develop a range of online/app-based learning and support programmes for specific demographic or disease-specific groups, to enable them to leverage the benefits of the low fat, high raw, plant-based (fruit-based raw vegan) diet for their own health recovery or that of others they care for or serve.
     

  2. To develop a certification programme for health professionals that will equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to offer low fat, high raw, plant-based (fruit-based raw vegan) services in their own spheres of work.
     

  3. To offer a supporting programme of face-to-face and online events, including residential retreats, lectures and seminars, and an annual interdisciplinary conference.
     

  4. To offer an additional range of individual and group coaching and mentoring options, to provide personalised support for those accessing the above programmes.
